        Dear Fellow ARD Suffers
We have talked to many people to get a grip on how ALL of us can make an impact statement; one way of doing this is starting with a grassroots effort. A good place for us to start with channelling our energy is a letter writing campaign, our goal is to write a letter to your editor of your local newspaper. It is important we do this as individuals. Each letter must be in our own words as the press frowns upon mass form letters and they won't print them. When your letter is published, please contact the team here at The Australian Adhesions Support Group admin@bombobeach.com with the details of your article or letter. Include the name of the paper, the location and country and date published. To make this work, it is up to each of us to take part. We wish you luck and look forward to reading your letters. Best Wishes and warm gentle hugs,  The Team from Bombobeach.

Bombo beach is my favourite place in Australia. It is located on the south coast of New South Wales in a beautiful place called Kiama. I have visited and played there since I was very young, and now share it with my own children. It is where I visit when my pain is out of control. I close my eyes think about the beach and walk along it's shore and rock pools. It gives me the comfort and strength to get passed the pain.
Visualisation is one of my favourite diversions to help me regain control of my pain, and I thought that if I could share it with you, it might help you to find your own special place too. To find out how I do it, look in the "How to Cope" link on the side menu panel.
